By subscribing to extro31, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service. These terms apply to all subscribers and visitors to extro31.com.
extro31 provides a monthly subscription service that delivers a personalized social health assessment report and improvement protocol based on information you provide. Deliverables are sent to your email within 1–5 business days of completing your intake form. Reports are updated monthly based on your progress updates.
Our service is informational and educational in nature. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional.
Your subscription is billed at $60.00 USD per month. Billing begins on the date of your initial payment and recurs monthly on the same date. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
You are responsible for ensuring your payment information remains current. Failed payments may result in suspension of your subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing extro31official@gmail.com with the subject line "Cancel Subscription." Please include the email address associated with your account.
Monthly plans: Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active through the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for any subsequent months. We do not provide partial-month refunds for unused days after cancellation.
Annual plans: If you cancel within 30 days of your initial annual payment, you may request a full refund. After 30 days, cancellation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be eligible for a pro-rata refund of unused months, at our discretion. Your subscription will remain active through the end of the current annual billing period if no refund is issued.
Once your monthly plan or report has been delivered to you, that month's charge is non-refundable. If you cancel before your plan for a given month has been delivered, you may request a refund for that month by contacting us at extro31official@gmail.com.
For annual subscribers, a full refund is available within 30 days of the initial charge if no deliverables have been sent. After 30 days or after delivery, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.
You agree that the information you provide in your intake form is accurate to the best of your knowledge. The quality of your report and protocol depends on the accuracy of the information you submit. We are not responsible for outcomes based on inaccurate or incomplete information.
All reports, protocols, and content delivered to you are for your personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share our deliverables without written permission.
extro31 is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about specific outcomes or results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, extro31 and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable US federal and state law.
